- How Fees are Calculated
The tuition rate is based on the number of days in a school year.
Latchkey determines the cost per child to operate a quality program
with qualified staff. The annual dollar amount is converted into
equal weekly payments.
- Methods of Payment
- Latchkey encourages clients to enroll in TUITION EXPRESS (automatic
withdrawal from checking savings, or debit/credit cards). To enroll in TUITION EXPRESS click here.
- Latchkey also accepts cash, checks, money order, debit/credit cards
and state daycare payments.
- Notice Regarding Payments:
Latchkey does not accept any form of payment at program/school sites. Payments may be made through the following options:
- Tuition Express (recommended) which automatically withdraws payments.

- State Daycare Assistance
For more information about applying for State Daycare Assistance

or contact us at 405-236-2069. DHS approval must be received by the Latchkey corporate office before children receiving state daycare assistance may attend a Latchkey program.
- Partial Scholarships
Latchkey does offer partial scholarships for those who qualify. Clients may
apply each year beginning on July 1st. Click here to download a scholarship application. Scholarships are available on a first come, first served basis.
What is Tuition
Express?
Tuition Express is a fast, easy and secure way to pay your childcare
tuition and other fees to Latchkey. Payments are withdrawn from
your checking, savings or credit card account.
Latchkey has chosen to offer automatic
payments for several reasons. First, it will give you the convenience
of not having to write a check every time tuition and fees are due.
Second, it allows regular scheduling of your payments. Most importantly,
automatic payments reduce the amount of time our staff spends on
managing payments, giving them more time to spend with your children
Statistics indicate that automatic
payments are the safest, most secure means for financial transactions.
Tuition Express has been certified by the banking institutions and
credit card associations across the country.
